Pool and Beach Supervisor

We ae looking for a Pool and Beach Supervisor for our upscale high volume pool and beach operations at The Towers of Key Biscayne. The ideal candidates must possess strong communication and listening skills. Will need to interact with employees and leadership to solve problems and answer questions. Including the planning and scheduling of the shift at hand, the efficiency of service and positive guest experience all through the highest Towers of Key Biscayne standards.


Pay Rate: Full-Time $20.00 an hour. Includes full benefits and signing Bonus provide after probation period.


Schedule: Department is open seven days a week including holidays.


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees pool area
  • Plan and strategize roles for themselves and the team.
  • Customer service skills (Luxury setting)
  • Ensuring staff complies with all company policies
  • Hiring and Training staff
  • Organizing schedules 
  • Payroll
  • Ordering all operational supplies and adhering to monthly/yearly budgets
  • Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
  • Conflict resolution
  • Hold staff accountable for giving an Engaging Dynamic Guest Experience to all guests on property through monitoring quality of service and execution
  • Instruct staff in on-going training to uphold service standards

    OPERATING SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
  • Experienced in the Hospitality Industry, serves residents by providing information and services.
  • Charismatic and excellent customer service skills
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable. English and Spanish preferred.
  • Position requires weekend and Holidays hours.
  • Must be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and carry out the policies and procedures appropriate for his/her position
  • Ensure the Pools is in line with standards and are consistently maintained
  • Manage and provide direction to all Pool employees on the floor during shifts and event
  • Must speak, read and write English in a clear and concise

Security Personnel

We are currently looking to hire several positions to join the Security Department team with The Towers of Key Biscayne. The ideal candidates must possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Detailed-oriented and able to multitask. Meets and greets residents; controlling access to building, lobby duties such as reporting and handling cover concerns, and enforcing the rules and regulations. 

 

Starting Pay Rate: Full-Time $17.00 an hour. Includes full benefits after probation period.  

Schedule:  Various eight hours shifts available. Department is open seven days a week, twenty-four hours.   


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
  • Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
  • Monitor CCTV Systems
  • Respond to emergencies promptly
  • Monitor and controls access to the building.
  • Maintain daily log, records, and forms.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
  • May be assigned other duties by the Chief of Security

 

OPERATING SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Charismatic and excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literacy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable. English and Spanish preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Position requires some weekend and Holidays hours.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

Charismatic and excellent customer service skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The ability to read, write, and speak the English language is a must. Must have reliable means of transportation. Have a clean criminal background and drug-free. Position requires some weekend and Holidays hours.
