The Towers of Key Biscayne was built in two phases in the 1970s. Phase One is the building nearest to the ocean. Phase Two stands next to the main entrance on Crandon Boulevard. there are 538 units in the two buildings, almost all of which are one, two or three bedroom apartments. One of the unique features of the Towers is that it adjoins Bill Baggs State Park with view across the park to the Cape Florida Lighthouse, the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay.
