Even better and safer, we are strongly encouraging all residents to enroll with BB&T’s Direct Pay service to ensure timely receipt of payment, which will minimize the need to leave the safety of your homes to drop off or mail your check.
We highly recommend using the no-cost e-check payment option for your second quarter payment, as we are past the date for setting up auto-payment for the upcoming April maintenance payment-however, it can be set up to start for Q3.
