Details: Please be advised that due to recent incidents all residents must have a "smartpass" on their vehicle in order to have access to their parking space. If you have a rental car or do not have a decal on your car, please stop by the office and purchase one for $25.00. Portable transponders for rental cars are available with a $300 refundable deposit.

Title: illegal parking
Details: As you may know, there are several residents that do not live here at “The Towers” all year long. It has been brought to our attention that there are several other residents that take advantage of this fact and use the vacant parking spaces, mainly the ones near the doors to the elevators. This causes a problem when the owner of that parking space arrives. At this time we would like to request that all residents parked in parking spaces that do not belong to their apartment to remove their vehicles from that parking space. If we receive a complaint from a resident stating someone is illegally parked in their space, we will have the car towed away at the vehicle owner’s expense as they will also be in violation of The Towers of Key Biscayne, Rules and Regulations (page 19, line 5) where it states that the parking of vehicles and boats in unauthorized areas is prohibited. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
