Receiving Department






The Receiving Department hours of operation are as follows:

Monday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am -8:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sunday CLOSED

All packages sent via UPS, Federal Express, DHL – Air Borne, Express Mail and regular mail are delivered to the Receiving Department and then delivered on weekdays to the individual units.

If the department personnel are unable to deliver a packages because no one is in the unit, a yellow card is left at the apartment to advise that a package has arrived and where it can be picked up. Only small boxes and envelopes will be left at the lobbies for pick up. Big boxes are returned to Receiving Department and shall be picked up within 10 business days.

Receiving personnel, if available, will also assist residents with groceries, luggage, trunks or boxes weighing no more than 50 lbs.
