We would like to begin by thanking all of you for the numerous positive responses to our previous communications on this project. We also received some negative comments from those that do not like the new windows, but in general the positive greatly outweighed the negative.
We would like to inform that by the end of this week, new windows will have been installed...
Please be advised that weather permitting, next Wednesday, May 30, 2018 we will be replacing the gearbox on the cooling tower in Tower "A". The A/C will be shut down as of 7:00 AM. Please note that you will NOT have A/C, while the work is carried out.

As you know, installation of the hurricane windows will begin later this month. In order to provide the required work area to the contractor and to minimize its visual impact on our community, the tennis court parking lot will be dedicated to the contractor for the two years + life...
As you are aware on Monday, October 9 2017, the association adopted a Special Assessment for the purpose of the window replacement project and related expenses.

We would like to update you on the air handler for Tower "D". The air handler arrived and is on the roof. The technicians are working on the handler and expect that the repairs will be completed within 2 weeks, weather permitting. Please note that the hallways wil be warm until the repair is complete.

Once we receive the air handler we will be sending out another email with the installation date and/or status of the air handler.
