During the Fire Alarm inspection earlier this week, the Fire Dept. determined that the volume on the speakers in the units was not adequate and requested the volume be increased to meet 75 decibels on each of the rooms. In order to do the necessary adjustment we will need to access to all units in Tower B. We estimate the adjustments will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes...
Please be advised that starting on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 we will start replacing the air handler in your Tower "E". You will NOT have A/C in any of the common areas but WILL have A/C inside of your unit. This work will take approximately 2 weeks to complete.

As some of you may have notice the golf cart charging station in the lower garage adjacent to the park is up and running. The system utilizes a touch-screen menu which is self explanatory and allows you to purchase charging hours in increments of 3hrs, 6hrs, or 9hrs as you would in a vending machine.

As of tomorrow, we will start replacing the windows in Tower E Lines 3 / 4 and Tower F lines 4 / 5. For safety reasons access through the lobby of Building 1121 will be completely closed off from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Residents/guests will need to use the UG/LG elevator landings to access the building, or will need to go through the receiving area.
