We are currently doing the inspections in Tower II. Unfortunately today we ran into some delays with the inspections of Tower E. Inspections are done by an engineer accompanied by a Towers security guard. Below please find the revised schedule for inspections:

We have implemented the use of a new software to handle packages at the Receiving and front desks of your lobbies. You will receive automatic notices via e-mail the moment a package is logged in the system, please do not reply to the notices. Keep in mind that receiving will continue to deliver packages as it has done in the past and if no one is in the unit to receive the package...

Please note that we will be installing valves on each of the A/C’s units as part of the energy saving projects that we are undertaking this year. During the installation of the valves we will have to shut down the a/c lines to perform the work.
