Board Meeting Format
As you are aware on Monday, October 9 2017, the association adopted a Special Assessment for the purpose of the window replacement project and related expenses.
Please click here to view a copy of the Special Assessment Package that was mailed out all owners with the notice of the meeting and a breakdown of the Special Assessment and payment options.
We would like to update you on the air handler for Tower "D". The air handler arrived and is on the roof. The technicians are working on the handler and expect that the repairs will be completed within 2 weeks, weather permitting. Please note that the hallways wil be warm until the repair is complete.

We would like to inform you that the arrival of the Air Handler for Tower D is scheduled for August 21 – August 25, 2017. Once we receive the air handler we will be sending out another email with the installation date and/or status of the air handler. Please note that the common area hallways will be warm during the installation.

A representative from Hotwire will at the Towers auditorium in Tower 2 on August 16, 2017, between the hours of 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm. They will be here to answer any questions, concerns and/or issues that you may have.
