The Elevator Modernization will begin as of Monday, September 15th, 2014. This marks the beginning of the project and one elevator will be turned off in each of the towers. Below is a breakdown of the first elevators that will be taken out of service:

At the Special Board of Directors Meeting held on April 10, 2014 at 7:00 PM, the Board adopted a Special Assessment for the purpose of the Elevator Modernization & related expenses for the amount of $4,218,981.47 + interest at 4.25% over 84 months.

We have implemented the use of a new software to handle packages at the Receiving and front desks of your lobbies. You will receive automatic notices via e-mail the moment a package is logged in the system, please do not reply to the notices. Please note that we will be installing valves on each of the A/C’s units as part of the energy saving projects that we are undertaking this year. During the installation of the valves we will have to shut down the a/c lines to perform the work.
